At Crown & Root Renewal, our story begins with memory, healing, and a return to the wisdom of our roots.

As a young girl, I remember standing beside my mother in the kitchen learning how to make simple, nourishing things by hand—soap, tallow, and other natural remedies that cared for the body in ways store-bought products never could. Those early moments planted a seed that would later grow into something much deeper.

Years later, when I began experiencing the unexpected changes of menopause—brain fog, hot flashes, weight gain, skin and the feeling of being disconnected from my own body—I found myself searching for answers. I couldn’t accept discomfort as the new normal, I returned to what I knew: the healing power of herbs, oils, and natural ingredients.

From that journey, Crown & Root Renewal was born.

Each product is thoughtfully crafted using nourishing ingredients like shea butter, goat’s milk, botanical oils, and herbal infusions designed to support the body and encourage self-care. Our mission is to make the transition through menopause gentler while helping women reconnect with themselves through simple, natural rituals.

While our products are created for all women, our work carries a special intention—to honor and support Black women, who have long carried traditions of herbal healing, resilience, and community wisdom.
